The Clinical Nursing Director Emergency Services will work at an acute care hospital known for their women's health, emergency care, imaging, outpatient care, and more.
The Clinical Nursing Director Emergency Services will work in a 16-bay Emergency Department, alongside a specialized team of physicians, social workers, specialists, TNCC and CEN certified nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff.
The Clinical Nursing Director Emergency Services will provide both administrative and clinical support for the department; including managing the budget, updating policy procedures, department staffing, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
The Clinical Nursing Director Emergency Services will be up to date on best practices, and comfortable leading teams in a fast paced environment.
The Clinical Nursing Director Emergency Services should have previous management experience as a Director, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, or seasoned charge nurse, along with a clinical background working in an Emergency Department.
This position does require the Clinical RN Director Emergency Services to obtain their compact multi state or North Carolina registered Nurse license prior to starting.
Located in a surrounding suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina, the RN Clinical Director Emergency has the option to either live in the city or in one of the surrounding suburbs of North Carolina or South Carolina.
