o Work scheduling of all account personnel.
o Establishing work standards.
o Conducting site evaluations/audits.
Overall inventory/equipment usage.
o Budget control.
o Troubleshooting/problem-solving.
o Orientation/training of supervisory.
Support personnel.
o Safety compliance.
o Customer relations.
o Special project work as requested.
What we're looking for:
o 2
years experience in a supervisory or higher capacity o Janitorial or related experience is preferred but not required o A 4-year degree is preferred but not required o Knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite programs (Similar to Microsoft Office programs).
o Excellent people and leadership skills.
o Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
o Knowledge of human resource policies and practices in regard to managing people.
