JOB
Summary:
The IT Technical Facilitator is responsible for helping teams throughout the organization work together, understanding their common objectives, and plan how to achieve these objectives during meetings or discussions while remaining neutral in the discussions.
The IT Technical Facilitator provides structure and process to interactions, so teams throughout the organization can make high-quality decisions.
Individual will work directly with FIT, LLC customers and the IT teams to ensure that the engagements provided by FIT, LLC are structured, and objectives of the engagements are met within the agreed upon timeframe.
JOB DUTIES:
Ability to understand the processes within the various areas of Information Technology and the business including but not limited to accounting, branch services, cards, compliance, consumer lending, electronic funds, digital channels, loss control, mortgages & recoveries.
Communicate and partner effectively with all teams in IT as well as with the business to establish exemplary partnerships with all co-workers and create a positive team environment.
Actively facilitate IT technical meetings with the business and cross organizational team members.
Working knowledge of the KeyStone database structure, tables and custom development items and be able to facility technical discussions with the business.
Work with team members and facilitate the interactions associated with the custom development items with the business, negotiating attainable completion dates based on priorities and resource constraints.
Understand the goals of the business to facilitate interactions with the business and technical resources during analysis, requirements gather and other initiatives.
Represent IT in meetings associated with mergers, and larger projects, bringing detailed tasks back to the appropriate technical resource ensuring they know the due date and what is expected.
Actively facilitate meetings with FIT, LLC customers, keeping track of milestones and due dates.
Participate and facilitate meetings associated with custom development and internal roadmap.
Adhere to proper change control processes.
Review outstanding Service Now Requests for IT Development and ensure that tasks are updated with status and due dates accomplished.
Promote an understanding of business processes and requirements within the IT team.
Participate in key vendor meetings, ensuring that open tasks with the vendor are moving in the correct direction for the credit union.
Provide monthly statistics related to how IT teams are doing on their specific goals.
Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
Assist in all other facets of the Information Technology Department performing related duties as assigned with a focus on quality and reputation.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, BSA & GLBA.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
A minimum of five years' work experience as a technical project coordinator in a financial institution is required.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft products.
Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively with others in a team, building rapport, and trust with team members.
Ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong listening skills including the ability to paraphrase; draw people out; balance participation; and make space for quiet group members.
Obtain designation for Certified Professional Facilitator (CFA) within three years and a Certified Master Facilitator within five years.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
