We take photos of residential properties for mortgage companies.
We are looking for field inspectors to cover Chester/Lancaster/Chesterfield Counties SC.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
Experience is great but not necessary.
Our inspection types vary by order, from determining occupancy/condition to leaving door cards as requested by our clients.
We also conduct insurance repair inspections by appointments set by you.
What is needed:
-Mobile smart phone or tablet ( Apple or Android) - Follow instructions on each orders using your mobile device through an app that is provided - Ability to communicate to our office using email and text messages - Ability to use your mobile device GPS - A Printer/ scanner to print all needed door cards and postings - Current car insurance and valid driver's license - Economical and reliable vehicle - Internet You are paid per inspection.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
