00 The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8/Tax Credit and Home rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents.
In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervising all site personnel Maintenance of physical asset Representing the owner in all relations with residents Diligence regarding resident file compliance Budgeting and Financial management Supervising vendors Qualifications necessary for success:
Section 8, Tax Credit, Home Strong written and verbal communications skills Integrity and Honestly in all matters Ability to remain calm in stressful or difficult situations Some accounting and administrative experience Yardi Voyager experience (preferred) Microsoft Office software experience (preferred) Benefits include medical insurance, company paid employee dental insurance, vision insurance, long-term disability and life insurance.

In the 401(k) plan, employees are eligible after completing one year of employment and reaching an entrance date of January 1 or July 1.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
