As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide general office support as needed Skills:
