Our dental practice is looking for an individual willing to float between the front office and assisting the doctor, with efficiency.
Front office:
Greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling / rescheduling appointments, locating and entering insurance information.
Creating and presenting treatment plans, filing insurance claims and monitoring outstanding claims.
Dental assisting:
Assisting with dental procedures as needed.
Breaking down and sterilizing operatories, instrument sterilization , and fabricating temporary crowns.
We would like for you to be proficient in using Eaglesoft software, at least 2 years front office experience.
Must be willing to learn and look ahead for tasks that need to be done that may not be obvious or explicitly stated.
Must be a team player.
We are fast, efficient, detail oriented, patient and employee focused company.
There will be future growth and possibility of transitioning into managerial roles if the candidate is right.
Our company is growing rapidly and we need to keep up with the fast pace growth of our office.
The schedule that you would be working is 11:
00AM to 7:
00PM or 10:
00AM to 6:
00PM.
You would have 1 day off during the week to make sure you are able to work 6 days including Saturdays and if office is open on Sunday, and get up to (but not over) 40 hours.
Example:
work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun.
Off Wed and Thurs.
We are open on Sundays as well, but not every week.
