We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team, uphold the core values of Enzo's Italian Market, and foster a culture of service excellence.
Store Manager - Responsibilities Supervise, train and assist employees (retail sales representatives, store personnel with food handling activities) in all aspects of their work, including customer service, product knowledge, store inventory management, restocking and product promotions, and food handling protocols.
Coordinate and report employee store scheduling with EIM corporate HR administrator.
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
Implement cross-training of all employees to maintain productivity at all times.
Coordinate and manage store inventories of all products for; order, reorder, back-stock, in-flow of product, receiving deliveries, and utilizing inventory control computer software and intracompany communication and systems management.
Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
Coordinate the hiring and training of needed store personnel with corporate, to ensure adequate staff levels are on hand to maintain EIM standards of customer service.
Store Manager - Requirements Must be at least 21 years old.
2 years (minimum) experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar position Food knowledge is a strong plus.
Proactive in-store planning skills Self-motivated leadership Interpersonal communication skills Strong sales abilities Customer service skills Organizational skills Familiar with inventory control and POS computer software systems Benefits Employee Discounts Paid Time Off Job Type:
