Responsibilities Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to team members Provide excellent customer service that impacts performance ratings and store merchandising Ensure a clean, neat, organized and welcoming environment that attracts customers Maintain inventory levels within the store Maintain product levels within the store Maintain product/store condition standards Comply with all safety standards/recommended practices Practice regular store cleaning/organization activities Remain knowledgeable about product information and trends in the industry Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications/Prerequisites Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
