Description
Performs preventive maintenance on hospital plant equipment and buildings. Does operational tests on equipment such as fire pump, sprinkler system, and emergency generators. Ensures proper records are filed on plant equipment. Rotates on call duties for department.

Qualifications
Education:
Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses/Certificates:
Valid Drivers License
