This position requires an extremely perceptive, positive, and organized person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the HR Associate must be sensitive to hospital needs, employee goodwill, and the public. Daily tasks include maintaining and auditing personnel files in accordance with corporate guidelines and regulatory organizations, ordering department supplies, processing department mail, processing employment verifications, entering and tracking background checks and drug screens, assembling HR packets, data entry, and other tasks and projects as assigned. This position is a crucial part of the HR team and will be held to a high standard of confidentiality and customer service.
Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational and computer skills. Candidates must demonstrate advanced MS Word and Excel experience and must be able to learn job specific software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well independently.
Exceptional customer service skills required.
Experience :
Previous Human Resources experience required.
Hospital Human Resources experience preferred.
Proven exceptional customer service skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
