Responsible for providing efficient and courteous customer service to Comporium's residential customers either in person or by telephone. Must also have the knowledge of and ability to sell as well as process orders for and explain all products and services. Must follow through on any customer related issues in order to guarantee customer satisfaction. Will need to understand and explain billing procedures.
Shift hours are subject to adjust between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm. Hours also include a weekend rotation.
Reports to Customer Contact Center Team Supervisor.
Service order activity- establishing, updating, and removing accounts.
Billing- inquiries regarding all residential products and services.
Sales- all enterprise products and services.
Customer instruction- instructions regarding residential products and services.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or retail related work experience required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills required. Must also be able to work well with the public.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
